Joining Flex couldn’t be easier. We are passionate about making your experience as easy as possible. Simply download our app, create an account and pick your session time. Its as easy as that with PAYG visits meaning you only pay when you train at My Fit Pod.

Schedule your workout
On your account visit the book a workout feature where you can access the live schedule for your selected Flex gym. Find a time that works for you and book your session. We are open 24/7 so you will have plenty to chose from.

Enjoy your workout
It couldn’t be easier. Arrive at your selected Flex gym, scan your membership card or if you have your phone, our smart access control will recognise your account and allow you access once your scheduled time has begun. Then its all yours to have the best workout with Flex.
